Our story in a nutshell


Started in 2012 by four ambitious guys, unhappy with how things were run in the student snowsport industry, their mission was simple - to do things better. Within just one year, NUCO Travel became the market leader for student snowsports and has to date taken over 100,000 people away for incredible holiday experiences.

The Group has grown from strength to strength and now hosts a full lifecycle of brands for adventure lovers like you. The majority is snow but also now spans into some pretty exciting summer products; from students to families, from groups of friends to festivals of thousands. Why do we do this? For us it is simple, we have a natural sense of adventure built into us. Humans have been exploring since the dawn of time and connecting with nature is our way of doing this in a world of technology, cities, fast-paced lives and meaningless distractions.

The NUCO travel group exists to inspire, encourage and facilitate adventure travel for the whole world to enjoy. We achieve this through our mission; delivering seamless, inclusive and affordable experiences to the highest of standards.

Our success looks like a lot of happy faces, recounting stories of their adventures. Experiences and their associated stories are our success. As a team we are committed to our bounce back and excited about the opportunities this brings! The forced closure has afforded us the opportunity to refine our vision, identify exactly where we are going and most importantly, why. In May 2022 we were awarded 13th place in the UKs Best Workplaces in Travel awards. This was based on real feedback collected from our incredible team who are happy and proud to work at NUCO. Team Ski

One of the best things about working at NUCO is our team, and what exemplifies this better than anything else is the fun we have when we spend time together kicking back at the end of the season. Each year, come April, with the hard work (mostly) done we all head out the Alps for some well-deserved time on the mountain together, 2022 was VT, and 2023 was Tignes, join us to find out where we are going 2024 and experience it for yourself!
